You got any advice on different ways to prepare quinoa? I've cooked it with veggies before, but I talked to a hunny that told me she puts that in her smoothies. You ever try that? I don't have a lot of time to cook meals, so it's somehting I might have to try to supplement. also, what you think of Maca and Cacao? Recently I been mixing cacao and maca in my oatmeal in the morning wiht either banana or apple and maple syrup.

I am not the best cook I just cook my quinoa so that it is edible. It taste terrible lol but good enough for me to eat it smh

sk that was an amazing course on nutrition....it's like we have been so conditioned to except in a way of speaking how certain foods are good for you without considering in what way or how it benefits your body.....good breakdown
