Great video lotus. Interesting how you compared vegans to naturalists. The naturalist lifestyle seems to be the way to go. Here is a question how do you always know what food is natural. I mean is it always if they are like ph 8 and up when dealing with the akaline/acid thing? So any food 8 and up is natural and can be consumed?

I agree with the comment above. I also did not know the difference between a vegan and a naturalist lifestle. I look forward to learning you approach to healthy living and the best approach to solving disease from your diet.. your story is inspirational. I look fowardto learning and watching more videos.

Nice info Lotus, I didnt know starch was not natural, so bwoy dat mean seh potato, yam and green banana gonna have to come off da list. Ques: how come starch is not natural? Someone also told me I could use sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) as an alkaline salt to alkalise very quickly. I did some research on it and it said it can be dangerous because the person can over alkalise and go into a state of Alkalosis, which is even harder to reverse than acidosis and its suppose to be dangerous to the point you'll probably end up in the hospital. Is it safe to use baking soda/ alkaline salts and if so what dose? Reverence Goddess

I have been trained by some of THE BEST healers and teachers in the world, who have been documented in the court system and have healed aids, blindness, herpes, brain cancer and the list goes on. I have done extensive research myself on foods, what is safe, what is hybrid, what is acid, what is alkaline and the whole deal but there is nothing that I learned through a book, or a teacher that can compare to my personal experience and what I have seen through the people that I have worked with directly. I have literally experimented and am experimenting on my own body each day. I see what happens when I tried the natural foods list and then I ate what I usually had and I felt and saw the difference between the two. I have a client who is pregnant now and, I have been working with her because she doesn’t want to gain too much weight and wants to have a pain free childbirth. She fell and shattered her foot. She broke it in 5 places, got up walked to her car and drove to the hospital. The doctors were confused after doing the x-rays and seeing the condition of her foot. The said it was impossible for foot to be that damaged and for her to just not have any pain. All she did was change her eating and drinking habits. The thing that makes the naturalist lifestyle seemingly so difficult is because we are already addicted to the foods. So much so that when I first began my journey I would be in the grocery store with my mentor trying to plea bargain for the foods I loved. Okay I will give up the pasta and keep the potatoes and so forth and so on. I would ask about foods, and she my mentor would say “Is it on the list “ or just say “ I wouldn’t eat that” The bottom line is that if it not supporting your life it is killing you, slowly but killing you nonetheless.

The best way I can explain it is starch is used to keep the food together. Have you heard people say they need something to “Stick to their ribs”. Let’s take white rice for instance it sticks together, maybe even to the pot when you cook it verses a natural grain like quinoa. When you make quinoa the grains is not sticky, it doesn’t stick to the pot and it does stick to you. All of that starch starts to clog up your system. Bowel movements are the key to a disease free body. What goes in must come out, if things sit, they start to fester. So as for the potatoes, yam and green banana you mentioned “I wouldn’t eat them” As for the alkaline water, coconut water is even better than alkaline water, in my opinion. It is packed with electrolytes and has double the oxygen that regular water has and it is alkaline.
Also, I have never nor have I anyone I know, known of anyone who was too alkaline. It sounds like one of those things they say to get you discouraged like “don’t drink too much water”
But I do know a guy in California who is a naturalist and hasn’t eating anything for over 25 years. He has been on an alkaline drinking fast and is in perfect health and his body looks like a sculpture.

@ MT
I cross reference alkaline charts with natural foods list because they are every changing and sometimes conflicting. I have a list of natural foods from Ahsha Ahla, a healer I know personally(who has cured brain cancer, aids and a list of other things) with the list that came from I have gotten from Maa and Dr. Sebi’s camp. Because the lists have changed I stick with the older natural foods list because I know they work. I may take something off the list but I am not really adding things, to me less is more. Humans are the only creatures who eat a variety of food; every thing else in nature just eats their natural food. As far as the ph and the alkaline charts. I start with my natural foods list and if it is on my list and on the chart I rock with it and as far as hybrids you can get an idea, obviously we don’t eat seedless fruit because nature doesn’t produce seedless fruit. Then usually if you see something that is a yellow version of a green fruit or vegetable I go with the green ie. Limes over lemons, zucchini over yellow squash. Also you will start to be able to judge food by the texture and consistency like for instance brown rice and white rice vs black rice and wild rice.
Less is more, keep it simple and stick to the basics!

Very inspiring nutritional information.Have been following(as well as possible) a naturalist way of eating for 3-4 months, and enjoying myself thoroughly.... inspired by you, Lotus. This has felt effortless.
Naturalist way of eating also as a preparation for discarding tobacco....If carbohydrates and dairyproduce and flour and sugar can be put aside, then hopefully, with the same attitude, it will be posssible to put aside tobacco.
In thoery that thought helps.
Thanks for inspiring deepening interest in naturalst food.

Thank you for this video Lotus...it has really given me a lot to think about. I knew there were man made foods but I wasn't aware that starch was one of them. I am really going to have to tweak my diet so that I'm only eating natural foods. I can't wait to see more of your videos on here!
